  • $ 1,100 USD For the first participant from your Company, and.
  • $ 750 USD For each of the aditional participants who share the same agenda.

Suppliers and Service Providers for the Pharmaceutical Industry

  • $ 3,000 USD Includes access of up to 3 participants from your company, sharing the same meeting schedule.

Enrollment Calendar

  • January 1 through April 22, 2019 : Regular Admission Fee without discounts
  • April 23 through May 20, 2019 : Regular Admission Fee plus $100 USD (administrative fee) per person

Once you are enrolled, the following is included

  • Including a link to your Company website
  • Option of uploading your company presentation, product catalogue or similarly important information about your company in PDF/PPT (strongly recommended)
  • From February 5, 2019 on you will be able to Access the Company Dashboard (with your username and password) for appointment scheduling
    • View the complete Company profiles of the other participants
    • Pre-networking communications (short messages to other participants)
    • Request meetings from any of the companies of your interest
    • Accept of deny meeting requests you received from other companies
    • Classify the participating companies per your criteria
    • Apply filters per country, activity, or interests
    • Overview of received and sent meeting requests, as well as those accepted or denied
