Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your participation at VECTOR PHARMA 2019 please observe the following

  • Any cancellation must be informed in writing and sent to contacto@vector-pharma.com and any refund will be processed after the event is over.
  • Over 60 days prior to the event, an administrative fee of $50 USD will be withheld.
  • Between 31 and 60 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of $250 USD applies
  • For cancellations received 7 to 30 days prior to the event, your registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of $250 USD
  • Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted during the last 6 days leading up to the event or during the event itself, reason why those and any no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.
  • Any refund will be effected per electronic wire transfer to your company´s bank account.
