Registration Fees

Manufacturers and Distributors of Medicines for human use
$ 1,100 USD For the first participant from your Company, and $ 750 USD for each additional participant sharing the same meeting schedule.

Suppliers and Service Providers for the Pharmaceutical Industry
$ 3,000 USD Includes access of up to 3 participants from your company to all event activities.

Enrollment Calendar

  • Promotional Discount
    August 1st through December 15, 2017: Discount of $100 USD for each person enrolled, if you are a manufacturer or distributor. For suppliers and service providers, the discount applied is of $100 USDper company.

  • Regular Enrollment
    January 1st through April 15, 2018: Regular Admission Fee without discounts
    April 16th through May 15th, 2018 : Regular Admission Fee plus $100 USD (administrative fee) per person

Company Dashboard

Once you are enrolled, the following is included:

  • Publication of your company name and logo on our webpage as a participant
  • Including a link to your Company website
  • Option of uploading your company presentation, product catalogue or similarly important information about your company in PDF/PPT (strongly recommended)
  • From February 1st, 2018 on you will be able to Access the Company Dashboard (with your username and password) for appointment scheduling

    • View the complete Company profiles of the other participants
    • Pre-networking communications (short messages to other participants)
    • Request meetings from any of the companies of your interest
    • Accept of deny meeting requests you received from other companies
    • Classify the participating companies per your criteria
    • Apply filters per country, activity, or interests
    • Overview of received and sent meeting requests, as well as those accepted or denied
    • View the event program
    • Download your individual meeting Schedule (approx. one week before the event starts)


How to enroll

  1. Fill in the online registration request. Once we received your request, it wil be evaluated and you will receive your acceptance confirmation vía e-mail.
  2. Together with your confirmation you will receive indications on how to effect payment according to our general terms and conditions.
  3. Once the appointment scheduling period starts, you will be able to request your one-on-one meetings of 30 minutes each during the business encounter through the Company Dashboard.
  4. Your meeting request may be accepted or denied by the other party and you will receive such notification via e-mail. Once the appointment scheduling period is over, we will arrange your individual meeting schedule, which you will be able to download approximately one week prior to the event.
  5. We recommend you prepare and bring with you any information necessary for your direct B2B meetings, such as a company presentation on CD or DVD, your business cards and any other relevant material.

  • May 15th, 2018 End of Appointment Scheduling Period
  • May 16th through 20th, 2018 You will only be able to accept or deny business appointments that are still pending, you will not be able to request new meetings.
  • Until May 20th, 2018 Deadline to send information about any restrictions in availability of your company during the three days of the event
  • May 22nd, 2018 You may view your individual PRE-SCHEDULE accessing the Company Dashboard.
  • May 23rd, 2018 Last day to send us your comments on your Pre-Schedule
  • May 24th, 2018 Initiates elaboration of FINAL MEETING SCHEDULE of each participant (one per company)
  • May 28th through 29th 2018 Each participating company will be able to download their final meeting Schedule accessing your Company Dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your participation at VECTOR PHARMA 2018 please observe the following:

  • Any cancellation must be informed in writing and sent to contacto@vector-pharma.com and any refund will be processed after the event is over.
  • Over 60 days prior to the event, an administrative fee of $50 USD will be withheld.
  • Between 31 and 60 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of $200 USD applies
  • For cancellations received 7 to 30 days prior to the event, your registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of $250 USD
  • Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted during the last 6 days leading up to the event or during the event itself, reason why those and any no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.
  • Any refund will be effected per electronic wire transfer to your company´s bank account.
